Seminar | 11/5/2018
At at time when the European union is being rocked by political division, the euro is making the situation worse, not better. This is one of the conclusions made by professor of economics, Ashoka Mody, in his newly published book: The Euro Tragedy: A drama in Nine Acts. In this seminar, Mody will present his thoughts on the economic and political problems associated with the euro and the struggle to keep the project alive. The seminar is presented in collaboration with the Swedish Economics Association, and is moderated by economist and former state secretary of the Swedish Ministry of Finance, Susanne Ackum.
