Rachel Kyte
Dean of The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Kyte previously served as CEO of Sustainable Energy for All, and the United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Representative for Sustainable Energy for All. She was previously the World Bank Group Vice President for Sustainable Development and the Bank’s Special Envoy for Climate Change, leading the Bank Group’s efforts to shift its operations and campaign for the Paris Agreement. She has also served as Vice President for Business Advisory Services at the International Finance Corporation, IFC.

Mattias Frumerie
Head of Swedish delegation to UNFCCC and member of the UNFCCC Standing Committee on Finance. Co-facilitating a report to COP26 on determination of needs of developing countries for implementing the Climate convention and the Paris Agreement. Previous positions in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs include Head of EU Policy, Head of EU Single Market and Head of Strategic communications as well as EU advisor in the Prime Minister’s Office.
Mats Granryd
Director General of the GSM Association (GSMA) and former CEO and President of Tele2. In his role at GSMA, he led the mobile industry in becoming the first sector to broadly commit to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2016. Mats serves on the Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development, a UN initiative aimed at promoting internet access in order to achieve the SDGs.
