How does remote work affect productivity, workers, and profitability? And what characterizes management practices in Swedish organizations? We warmly welcome you to join this discussion featuring esteemed panelists including Stanford Professor Nicholas Bloom, Thomas Ekman, CEO of Axel Johnson, and Hanna Fager, Chief People Officer at Volvo Cars.
Nicholas Bloom is a globally recognized expert on remote and hybrid work. He also leads the World Management Survey, a two-decade initiative gathering data from thousands of companies across the world to analyze the impact of management practices on organizational outcomes. During the conference, he will share new research insights, including those specific to Sweden.
Thomas Ekman, the newly appointed CEO of Axel Johnson, will share his insights from years of revered corporate leadership on the future of leadership practices. Joining the conversation is Joakim Tåg, Professor of Economics, whose research underscores how placing the right people in the right position can improve companies’ competitiveness. Additionally, hear from Hanna Fager, Chief People Officer at Volvo Cars, about why on-site work remains the starting point for Sweden’s largest employer.
