SNS steps up its communication efforts by recruiting a new head of communications

SNS increases its communications efforts even more and recruits Tobias Lindberg to serve as a new and designated position as head of communications. He has a background in journalism and has most recently worked at HD-Sydsvenskan in Malmö writing editorials.

In his previous position, Tobias Lindberg covered a wide range of subjects, while focusing in particular on business issues, green transition and economic policy. He is also very interested in legal, energy and education policy issues.

“This is a key recruitment for SNS. With his long experience as a journalist focusing on social issues, Tobias will offer new insights and perspectives concerning how we communicate results from policy-relevant research in a broader way and how we promote exchanges of knowledge between different actors in society,” says Mia Horn af Rantzien, CEO of SNS.

Tobias will have the overall responsibility for communications related to the entire operations of SNS, from seminars and reports to education and research projects. There is a great focus on increasing the presence of SNS in digital channels and social media.

“SNS enjoys a special position as a source of knowledge and a venue for factual public debate. I have followed SNS ever since I went to university and I am very excited to play a role in developing the organization,” says Tobias Lindberg.
