Charles I. Plosser, President and Chief Executive Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, will present his thoughts on the U.S. economy and monetary policy.

In his current role, President Plosser participates on the Federal Reserve System’s Federal Open Market Committee, which is responsible for conducting U.S. monetary policy.

President Plosser joined the Philadelphia Fed in 2006. Before that, he was the John M. Olin Distinguished Professor of Economics and Public Policy and director of the Bradley Policy Research Center at the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration.

The meeting is moderated by Professor PEHR WISSÉN, Managing Director of the Institute of Financial Research (SIFR) in Stockholm, and will be held in English.
