Tid och plats

Sweden's Chambers of Commerce, 39 Avenue Pierre 1er de Serbie, 75008 Paris, France
New technologies and innovations are disrupting previously established business patterns and changing the way we communicate, manufacture products and interact. Likewise, the growth of digitally driven platform companies and new industrial eco-systems are transforming the way services are produced and consumed. Are we in the midst of a global services revolution?
Rapid technological change is shifting costumer needs and transforming the way people interact. As the expansion of platform companies is added to the equation, this dramatic increase in global services becomes nothing less than a revolution. Today, most companies are stepping up their focus on service-oriented business models and strategies, but the pace in which this transition is taking place and the impact it will have on global societal development is still unclear. What opportunities does this present? Who will lead the services revolution?
To highlight these questions, SNS Paris has invited Lena Sellgren, newly appointed Chief Economist at Business Sweden. Previously, Lena has worked as Chief Analyst at Nordea Markets and has held various positions at Sweden’s Ministry of Finance and National Institute of Economic Research. The seminar is jointly hosted by SNS Paris, Business Sweden and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in France.
